His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always called back no longer than 5 minutes later and if I texted him with a question or an update, he would respond within 2 minutes. Andrew explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer to working with the mortgage banker. Andrew told me to make a counteroffer with the builder for the purchase price of my home and in doing so saved me 15K! Andrew is also very well versed at dealing with the other real estate agents; when there were disagreements about certain issues, Andrew was patient and worked through situations to give me a great result. His cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence he would get the job done – and he did! It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you.
