"Dogs barking, dirty smelly hallways with trash lying around. Bedskirts are missing, dirty sheets,holes in doors and walls and soooo much more ...not even coffee available evenso shown on hotel description pictures ..."

"What didn't you like about the property? As soon as you walked into the hotel, it had a special smell for the facility. It was not a pleasant one. The smell was horrible and disguised me every time I entered. Secondly, it was good to see an elevator, who wants to walk up flights of stairs? Upon entering the elevator you have the pleasure of seeing animal urine and experiencing the awful aftermath smell. The best experience I had was using so much force in my fingertips to press for floor 1 since management noted that it was broken and to press as hard to trigger to exit. Such a very amusing experience entering and exiting the hotel. While entering our room on the third floor of the hotel, the smell still lingered throughout the hallways. It made me wonder and had my mind racing is this what I have to walk through for 8 nights? Vicious dogs with muzzles walk down the hallways on top of it. As I ran into my room for the first time I wanted to run back out but at this point, it was nearly 1 am and I was restless. The hotel room was a decent-sized room for two people but confused as to why there was a twin-size cot. I question myself is this a hotel or a dorm room? As I continued to look around, the smell lingered under my hotel door. I decided to open the window to get the awful smell out. Again! I got furious, they had put some sort of lock to prevent it from being opened. My mind was throbbing with confusion. Am I at the county jail? Overall, they do not refresh your room nor do they give you fresh towels. On top of obtaining fresh towels, you would have to go to the front desk upon request. The room was dirty, and towels as well. I don't know what's worse the poor hygiene of the hotel, the room, or the towels."

"Can't say enough. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, staff friendly and helpful. They keep this place clean always smells fresh. My dog was happy here plenty of places to walk on the property."

"This is an extended stay hotel. Catering to people who are going to stay longer than one or two days. Which of the rooms has a mini kitchen with a full sink and a dishwasher. And a full refrigerator. Laundry is great! Many machines. And the facility was clean. The only problem I had was there was a toothpick left beside the bed. I'll leave a picture of it. The room did appear to be cleaned. Not sure if it was a maintenance person or the maid who left it or the person before me. I also like that they have wooden floors because I was able to clean them to my cleanliness level. I think that they come and clean every third day? But I'm going to need to ask the front desk for some more towels and such. Before that."

"Lots of noise from other hotel guest, people coming in and out of the exit door at all times of the night. The hotel staff had to relocate my husband to a different room after I notified them via email regarding my concerns, once he was relocated to a different room someone walked inside his room which was a huge safety concern, because the hotel staff had checked the room out to another guest by mistake. My husband had to go down to the front desk the next day because he’s hotel key didn’t work so the hotel staff had to switch his key. Overall the location was good and the room itself was clean. The staff did resolve the issue."
