"I was visiting the area for New Year's Eve. I checked into my room and it was extremely hot. I switched the thermostat to air conditioning and turned it down to 68. The vents continued to blow hot air despite being on AC. I went down to the desk who informed that the rooms do not have individual HVAC units so in winter you get hot and it's summer you get cold no matter what the temperature of the room is. Just wanted to inform people with temperature sensitivities about this issue."

"Large hotel in a very convenient location with lots of free parking. Nice lobby and staff were pleasant. There are many signs indicating that they are renovating the hotel. We must have received one of the rooms they haven't gotten to yet. Room was a typical good-sized clean hotel room but very much in need of a refresh. Carpet was worn and dated. The sitting chair was worn and stained in many places. Bathroom was really dilapidated - rusting metal, peeling paint and wallpaper, crumbling grout, etc. No in-room safe which was annoying as it's pretty standard in hotels at this level."

"This hotel is quite outdated. The heating system took a long time to warm the room; I kept it at 90°F all night, but the room remained cool. The hot water in the shower took several minutes to become hot. They have a very slow elevator. Nevertheless, the hotel is conveniently located, much cheaper than staying in Philadelphia, and provides free parking with plenty of available spots. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable."

"The hotel is very nice and clearly had been updated recently. For some reason I was given a handicap room which I did not ask for, but there was a very nice walk-in shower. That being said, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. If you are someone comfortable sleeping on a hard floor then you won't have any issues, but otherwise they were firmer than firm. I'm sure many people enjoyed the pillows, but I don't particularly like *crunchy* pillows. The water pressure in the shower was almost not existent. The toilet had a clogging issue all weekend though they were responsive and brought me a plunger when requested. I never understand why hotels don't leave a plunge in every room. The restaurant was very good and out wait staff was excellent. Because we were there for a trade show. We ate there morning noon and night all weekend and I have no complaints."

"The conference space was beautiful and the staff was amazing! But the hotel rooms need some work! The ac system didn’t work at all. Our room was set at 65 degrees it never reached that temperature. It was always warm in there! The bathtub was dated and the wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off. My husband found black hairs on our towels when we came into the room."
