"I used to come here a lot when I lived in Philadelphia.i came back to visit for thanksgiving and me and my wife stayed and it was the worst experience ever!!! There were wholes in the walls,around the tub and the floor..THEY CHARGE TO MUCH MONEY FOR ROOMS NOT INVEST BACK INTO THE PROPERTY..We found a bed bug on the pillow wich then made us uncomfortable to the point that we had to flip the bed just to make sure there were no more.I REALLY WANT MY DAM MONEY BACK.BUT IT WAS THE HOLIDAY AND EVERYTHING WAS SOLD OUT SO WE WERE STUCK HERE.."

"My wife and I have gone 3 times because we like it so much. We just got back this week from another celebration trip this time in the ice cave and we were very disappointed. The hot tub didn't work. It was late so we didn't contact the office. The worse part of our trip is when we checked out the lady at the said ok and wrote something down. NO I AM SORRY, NOTHING. I feel if you want guests to return, they need to leave feeling good about their visit, we did not at this point! We will have to think about ever returning again and that's upsetting since we do like it"

"My husband and i were so excited to experience the manhattan room for our wedding night 11/11/23. I went to check in and overheard a receptionist saying someone was saying their room had roaches. We get to the room and its mold on the floor , the jacuzzi was dirty , mirrors werent cleaned. Mice poop was behind night stand, a roach was in the cabinets , roaches were crawling behind the bed it was a nightmare on a Saturday night spending our wedding night trying to find another hotel very disappointing"

"I cannot say enough good things about this place! I had always wanted to stay in a '70s love hotel, and my god these guys haven't changed it since the '70s I don't think! But the rooms are so incredible in their attention to detail, it's like they had an amazing set designer do them! We had so much fun, I was afraid that I was building it up too much in my head but absolutely not, it was even better than I imagined! Last year we stayed and Space Odyssey which was the coolest thing in the world, this year was ice cave which was also great but I don't know what would ever equal the space suite honestly... Anyway, we always tell people about it, so glad we found it, and it will always be our anniversary spot. We drive two and a half hours and couldn't be more worth it! Love love love love!!!"
