It's been over a year of requesting the hole in our wall (caused by excessive water damage) be repaired. They will jump through hoops to avoid helping their tenants, even when there is literally watering pouring into the apartment causing mold and further damage. They are non-responsive, avoidant, and generally have no regard for your well being as a human, let alone the quality or habitability of the properties they own. If they could rent you an apartment that is literally on fire, they would."
