"Booked through Vrbo for a company retreat, this company decided to cancel their relationship with Vrbo abruptly and cancelled all Vrbo reservations, effecting my company’s plans with only 11 days notice. Said they had already booked it and I couldn’t just move the reservation to them? Filing a corporate litigation for this and exploring options to possibly include others this clearly effected with Vrbo who has been EXTREMELY helpful. Just a warning - book direct or be cautious using a website like AirBNB when booking one of this company’s properties. The one person who interacted with me was very pleasant but unfortunately we couldn’t achieve making this right the ethical way, so hopefully we’ll get this right through a legal way. Full disclaimer: never stayed at any of their properties, so I can not attest to the quality of accommodations."

"Scott and the team at Bespoke Stay have operated our STR units for almost a year and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. We've been blown away by their high level of professionalism, transparency and communication. Their team is very organized and handles virtually everything needed for the units to operate successfully. The guest reviews are always stellar and when I, on a random visit to one of the units, observed the tips of the tissue paper rolls were folded elegantly by their turnover team, I knew we were dealing with top-class operators. These guys KNOW what they are doing and they do it well. Very glad to be working with them and glad to leave them a well earned, well deserved, exceptional review."

I told the host I was looking for a quiet place to relax for my partners birthday and what I received blew me away. I was given a full list of each of their rentals amenities, a list of local restaurants and activities to go to, and when we arrived.. there was even a bottle of wine left for us!
