"South falls is a very lovely place to live. It is settled in a very nice and newly developed area. I’ve lived here for going on my forth year. Their team of Emette and Savanna at the front make a great combo. Jamie is an exceptional manager who is understanding , kind, and listening. Especially when it comes to issues you experience. There is a lovely community as well. Brandon is the maintenance supervisor and has helped me with spotty issues that weren’t previously resolved and he is understanding and listening. He is able to solve complex issues and figure out root causes that impact the everyday maintenance request. Overall my opinion is ever changing and they always make me fall in love with this place all over again."

Ashley and her staff are always extremely prompt in responding to questions I have. Maintenance requests are always responded to in less than 24 hours and on occasion less than an hour of submitting the request. The grounds are well kept and they hold high standards to keep this community safe and comfortable for the residents. The Clubhouse and Gym are exceptionally spacious and well decorated. We have enjoyed many gatherings here. You have to see it to understand what a great amenity this is for an Apartment community. I truly have no complaints whatsoever!"
