He also told the seller that no one reached out to him. I am currently under contract with said property and he does not respond to his seller nor does he respond back to my agent ! I am due to close in less than 2 weeks and I don’t have faith that he will even show up ! HORRIBLE WITH A CAPITAL H !!!"
