"Agents didn't know what they were doing. Given misinformation throughout process.We were told not to pay our utilities on our old property because they would be settled at closing. This was false. I recieved past due letters at my new home. Then when we moved into our new home, they waited until the day of closing to give us the info we needed to set up our utilities in our new place which resulted in having no heat or hot water for the next 4 days. If your looking to buy/sell a home, you're better off going with a real estate company that's been around longer and knows what they're doing."
