"Do not buy a house with this company involved. We signed in May. Since then we have had issue after issue. They did not get a permit to do any of the work, and are obviously not using certified professionals to do the work because everyone we get in here is saying that the renovations they did are not up to code. We have already had two sewer line issues that have forced us to cut into the walls and ceiling and now we will have to pull up tile in the bathroom. Apart from all the money involved in this, it has been a nightmare logistically. We will likely need to stay in a hotel while this last issue gets resolved. Save yourself the headache - these are NOT professionals."
