"Stefania was referred to me by a realtor friend who’d moved out of the area. She said “Stefania will take care of you, I promise.” That was in 2018 after my mom passed and I was at the beginning of the arduous process of liquidating my parent’s estate including my childhood home. Since first meeting Stefania, she has been an advisor, a helper, a mover, a stager, an agent and a family friend. The initial walk through was thorough and produced three pages of “suggested improvements”. It took over 2 years to get to a point she could walk through again and make more suggested improvements. (She doesn’t push or say it “must” be done. She’s very respectful of what sellers can handle.) However, all of her suggestions were backed by experience in the real estate business and professional knowledge. She didn’t just point things out, she helped move boxes, sweep, clean and stage. She was part of our team since phase one. The final product was a property we were proud to sell and she handled the negotiations expertly. We were very happy with the numerous showings and offers and she went through everything with patience while we asked so many questions during that process. A few years later, we called her again; this time to help us relocate into our forever home. Stefania made herself available for our tricky schedule; early mornings, late afternoons and weekends. We saw many but “not IT” and she remained patient and positive. When we did see THE ONE, we pounced… along with several other interested buyers. Here’s where that experience really paid off: we went over our options, our preferences and our finances. She advised specific features in our offer and it was accepted. Following that was a myriad of inspections and repair proposals, etc and she navigated those for us like the pro she is. Finally, the last step was to sell our current home. “No two transactions are the same” she kept telling me and even though we’d just sold a few years prior, she was not kidding. That listing was totally different, not bad or difficult, just different. Again, she gave "suggested improvements”, of course, but she also used different marketing. Stef understood the current market conditions, the location conditions and how to list within those needs. Many showings and solid offers later, we found the perfect buyer whom I believe will love the place as much as we did while there. We’ve been in our dream home a year now and some days I still can’t believe it. She took excellent care of us through 3 successful real estate transactions as promised. Today, I consider Stef a friend who happens to be an amazing realtor."
