"We had Unit #207. It's a one bedroom with two queen size beds. There's a sleeper sofa hidden in the huge L-shaped sectional, if needed. The owner is just so kind and very professional. All the accommodations you need are there. Couldn't ask for anything more. We will be happily returning. Thanks Jeff & Maura!"

"I stayed in room 318 with my two kids and I loved it!!! Sharon was such a awesome host.I was so comfortable I felt like I was at home. Super clean , super nice."

"First time staying at Summer Sands. We rented #407. It was clean and had the amenities we needed for our family of 4 (sleeps 6). Although we were further away from the Boardwalk than past years, it worked out great to socially distance during the COVID-19 pandemic. We were also beachside with a short walk to the waterline to setup and enjoy the beach."

"I stayed in unit 104. When I booked thru home away it came up as pet friendly. I have an 11 year old dachshund that is very well behaved. When I got there I was told no pets . My dog had no where to go . The unit was comfortable. It was annoying to have to bring sheets towels etc. The toaster oven really didn’t accommodate our group too well. The pool closed way too early and I found the management staff to be nasty. The tv barely had basic cable I had to use my phone to wAtch tv. The owner was very pleasant and realized it came up as pet friendly . Honestly it would have been cheaper and much less work to rent a hotel up the block, lesson learned"

"The location was convenient- super close to ocean. But far from boardwalk (had to drive). The area and grounds were nice and safe. A cute cafe a block away for morning coffee runs! :-) The pool was clean and they kept grounds clean. Nice sun decks and convenient outdoor showers. Keep in mind we stayed in room 104- our thoughts may not be applicable to other rooms as they are individually owned. This unit 104 was dirty! Hairs, mildew, etc. No bugs.We were told it would be cleaned upon our arrival, but had to do a full cleaning before we got settled. On the other hand, the room had a good setup for family of 5. The beds were quite comfortable, even the pull out couch. Cable was minimal, lots of spanish channels. Wifi service is terrible, you can only get it when you stepped outside. Bottom line- we would definitely stay here again but in a different unit!"
