"The rooms need work and the maids could certainly take lessons on actual cleaning but for the most part they are so helpful and courteous. They don't complain about everything keep your business to themselves to maintain your privacy. Staff at the desk is polite and professional. Don't give you a hard time if your occasionally late but a little bit rigid about some things . Overall it's a nice place if your trying to stay outta the lime lite and kids are not hushed up has a nice pool in summer too."

"The room was okay. Bathroom faucet was broken. Pretty quiet. Had to pay more for 1st. level. Did not see any bugs."

"Room was very clean, bedspread set up neatly. No unwanted visitors like roaches or spiders. Tub is a little stained and walls could use some new paint and trim but all in all it's a nice place the tenants are not very noisy. Rooms seem to be well soundproofed. Service is excellent well mannered and they get you checked in fast or paying to extended your stay fast. Looking for a nice place on a budget I recommended whole heartedly.the pool is beautiful and still open in September."

"Wish I could give them negative stars, didn’t even stay a night. Noticed there was black mold in the room and the light fixture was hanging. Left before midnight that same night wouldn't give me a refund. Called for many days after to talk to manager but every time he wasn’t there or something happened that he wasn’t. I wouldn’t ever give them a single penny, nobody should and fought with me for days about the refund, but apparently it’ll be back in my account 3-5 business days. I guess it’s just a waiting game to see."

"Got our room, and the bed sheets were dirty & pubic hair on the toilet. Called the front desk & the guy rushed right up. He said what was going on, so I informed him he got within inches, trying to make sure it wasn't there. Was taken to another room but didn't get a discount. They didn't offer breakfast, only coffee, which they didn't have either. Guess they had a pool but never mentioned it. They did have a refrigerator & microwave."
