"Beware! I currently live in one of his properties! West paints over everything and doesn't fix anything. There is a mold infestation in my apartment, mold growing all down the ramp of the stairs, which is why I'm breaking my lease not to mention other issues as well like infestation of ladybugs, all the ceiling fans are literally coming out the ceiling, you have to put sticks in the windows because there are no locks and infestation of gigantic cockroaches... Found a snake under my stove, And in the winter time field mice everywhere I've cleaned a total of 12. If you call the office to complain you get greeted with his disrespectful wife Tara Grant is has also left a review lol telling you it's not her problem and she doesn't have to live on the property. I've never been late on rent. Dead animals and trash all over the property takes 2 weeks for sewer to come pick up the garbage it smells horrible outside and there's an infestation also of garbage flies that come inside all units on the property. Please beware! I've decided to break my lease... But please don't rent from this man at your own risk! This has been the worst experience of my life.... The AC doesn't turn off once you turn it on auto doesn't work so your bill is going to be sky high and if you turn the AC off it reaches 90° at all times in the apartment get so hot that you can see the liquid and water draining down the Walls. I'm fully aware that I'm not going to get my deposit back not because I left the place a mess but because he's going to find every reason to not give it back and he told me that I very well could have my deposit back but this man is a liar. Rent at your own risk!"

"Apparently there is a trend in the property management business in the Wiregrass area and it is definitely not favorable. Century 21 is the third business we have used to manage our rental and they have failed at every turn. No communication, no consistency, no follow through and no professionalism. And above all... No apology for their failures. Life happens and mistakes get made and that is understandable, but for a business that has a long standing reputation they might want to rethink their hiring process. Acknowledge that you're in over your head and delegate accordingly to maintain the satisfaction of your clients. COVID has drastically changed the way things are done...but what keeps you in business is the consideration for the most basic things... Consideration, communication and GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Do better."

"I had two sets of tenants in my home in a short 16 month period. The second tenants caused a lot of damage. James Grant Realty only fixed what the deposit covered. The other damages are still awaiting repair. The ONLY reason I agreed to allow James Grant Realty to manage my property in the first place was because they guaranteed me that my home would be returned to me in the same condition in which it was rented out. Now I’m being ignored after being told I had to go after the tenants myself to get the damages repaired. What good is a company that’s not only NOT going to keep their word to you but also not going to manage your property in the manner in which they promised??…"
