"Desk people are rude! I booked a room online but I canceled it literally 20 secs after I booked it I called them and asked can I reopen my room back up or get a refund, he told me I had to re pay for the room with no refund and hung up while I was talking. Luckily there is a virtual person on the website you can talk to instead of them and the person I spoke with helped me get my refund back. I will never book here again nasty attitude and will try to get your money I wouldn’t recommend at all"
"Owner of hotel took my name off of room and changed it to my husband's name after telling me on the phone that he wouldn't and couldn't do it all because my husband was the one to pay for the room yesterday. He only cares about money and not the safety of the guest!!"
"Place is run down, rooms were nasty! I walked in walked right back out asked for a refund politely. Guy was rude and said he could've give me my money back "was nothing he could do till the morning" I said wow okay then I want a different room he said if my room was dirty I would pay for that one too. For what ? How could I dirty a room I wasn't in for 5 minutes? He said if housekeeps checks the room in the morning and it's dirty I would pay for two rooms. If the room is dirty in the morning it's because housekeeping can't do their job! Dirty when I arrived so my card will not be charged and if it is it will be disputed. Customer service terrible -10 I would not stay here again."
"This place needs major improvement. Holes in bathroom door. Curtains barely hanging. Bedside lamps don't work. Mini fridge is not cooling. No coffee pit. Cracks in walls. Floor is nasty, not mopped, gum stuck on Floor. No TV guides. Shower head leaks. Hole in side of tub & a piece of tape over it, stains in tub."
"When we first walked in it smelled like wet carpet, the walls are dirty, the lamps have holes in them, very unsanitary and we had the most scariest encounter with an animal to exist in OUR room it was a big fat centiped (literally) i took pictures of it but im not able to upload then unfortunately and the rooms dont even look like the pictures posted on google. U can definitely find a better place for a better price."
