"Very fast and efficient. All important information (bar and breakfast hours) Was given at check in. Rooms are excellent. Clean cozy and have everything you need and then some. Great location. Food and entertainment choices within close proximity."
"Service was phenomenal and the room was very nice. Only problems were the construction equipment starting early on the front of the hotel were a little and we weren't warned about it when we booked. Otherwise the streaming apps for the TV didn't work like they were supposed to but that was easily fixable with an hdmi dongle for my phone."
"This location did not meet my expectations, especially for the nightly rate. I was unaware of this property's ongoing interior and exterior renovations. None of this information was stated on the website; no disclaimer or anything. Although the room that was assigned to me, which was on the 3rd floor, was updated, the bathtub and mini refrigerator were old and stained; the elevator was inoperative; the ironing board was missing; and the hallway and stairwell smelled of urine. The latter was possibly due to the old carpeting. Leah was apologetic for the construction/renovations, and I was chosen as “guest of the day” prior to arrival. However, I would not have booked this hotel had I known about these things. While continuous update/improvement of properties is important to maintain a company’s brand image and standards, the property needs to let prospective guests know prior to booking that it is undergoing improvements this substantial. Then, the guests can make a well-informed decision as to whether they desire to lodge at the location. The renderings looked nice. However, lodging in a place undergoing construction is a safety concern for me. Because I did not find out about the construction until my check-in, I could not cancel. I would have had to forfeit my funds and attempt to find lodging elsewhere at the last minute, which would have possibly doubled my costs. It's difficult to rate this location because as I said Leah and the other employees were very nice and the room was updated."
