"I recently stayed at the Candlewood Suites from August 12th to 14th. The hotel is new, and upon entering, it was clean, welcoming, and had a wonderful fragrance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The manager, Jasmine Martinez, has even partnered with local restaurants to offer discounted breakfast options. The coffee bar and snack bar were fantastic amenities. The room featured a full kitchen, complete with a dishwasher. Overall, this is a great hotel, and I had a wonderful stay!"
"Manager said they just opened 2 days ago, and it shows. The older woman who tried 1st was nice, but couldn't figure out how to look a reservation up. Then the manager slid in and said let me show you how it's done. She proceeded to be condescending and patronizing to the point we canceled our reservation and stayed at La Quinta a mile away. Good luck in the future.. yall will need it without some training."
