"I would like to thank the receptionist at Liberty County Probate Court. I went in stressed and she truly made my day. I know working in customer service isn’t always easy. but made me feel ease and that everything was gonna be ok. I also would like to the thank the whole staff for going above and beyond. Once again… Ty!"
"Who ever is in charge of the clerks in probate court needs to change or do something to the front Desk lady of this office. This black lady is rude and no respect for the people who goes there. The way that she was treating people yesterday afternoon was unacceptable and very disrespectful. After a couple left the office, started laughing about the mistakes on the form and people was listening to her and the things that she was saying to the other clerk. My husband had an issue with her before due to her lack of competence with legal paperwork."
"Some of the employees at the Probate Court are very rude. They really need to be trained on how to treat people. They need to understand that most of the people that come to this building are not sure or have no clue about what they need to do. This doesn't mean that you have to give them an attitude and treat them like crap. My daughter went to get her marriage certificate and the lady (I wish I had her name) was giving her an attitude about things my daughter had no clue about in the form. Thankfully, another employee was able to fix the problem without an attitude. If you are dealing with people all day you need to do better and not treat them like garbage when they don't know what they are doing."
"The lady that answered the phone for the Probate office is very rude. I can see in all the reviews everyone’s complaining about her attitude. She kept repeating and telling me about the military process and I just let her know I’m not in the military. She then got upset. Afterwards she just said uh hu and hung up the phone. When I thanked her for her information."
"The attitude of the front desk lady was unacceptable, causing me great discomfort during my visit. It appears that many others have also faced similar treatment. I trust that a more suitable candidate will be found for this position."
