"Went to get a simple move done and they made this way more difficult then it had to be. I drove 20miles went to close out my order and my total was 108. Phone died as I was finishing so I had to go home and just decided to take the 20$ hit. Instead they charged me for 93miles and a whole lot of extra charges making my bill like 230$ they are crazy. I will never in my life is them. They will drive the truck for their personal and put it on your bill. Had to get on the phone with uhaul customer service."

"I called from another closed uhaul across the street at 5:24 pm. The hours listed stated closing was at 6pm. I spoke to a woman who said they were open, I stated I will be there in 2 minutes because I was just across the street. She proceeded to tell me that they were in the process of shutting down and they would only serve us if we got there before they shut down. I pulled in at 5:28 and the door was locked and no one answered the phone. I literally just needed to buy moving boxes for a last minute move. Honestly the worst costumer service ever."

"Jerry did a great job getting me what i needed for my move. If you can use the app and reserve what you need prior to going in. It will make everyone's life much easier. Overall a 4 star rating due to time spent in store. The manager really needs to hire one more person to help out. Jerry processed 5 different customers during my time there. Very fair and quality care"

"I started an 8 hour drive after an all night of packing on a Saturday morning and after a series of unforeseen events I ran late. Like late late past their closing time. I was so concerned that they were going to close and I was going to be stuck there being that I had to get back Sunday to get my 6 month old from the baby sitter back home in Tennessee. I called this location and spoke to the manager Who was THE BEST!! She was understanding kind and very helpful. She told me to be at ease because she would wait for me past closing time. Which she did wait over an hour and a half! She went above and beyond with her customer service if you ask me. My memory is horrible if not I'de place her name here because the world deserves to know what an awesome person she is and the quality of work she provides this location.
