"I've been going to the store for many years , but since new employees and New Management this has became the worst Family Dollar I have ever seen they lock up the store when they want without no note on the store they are so unprofessional talking on the phone when they should be assisting you this store have really went down I really hope that this store start receiving the attention it needed"
"My daughter literally just left here getting Tylenol(3pm EST). Her Pediatrician gave her a manufacturers coupon good for Tylenol and Motrin after my grandson received 6 immunization shots and the worker-who would only give her name as “D”(with no name tag on and said she was the manager)stated that the coupon wasn’t in their system yet. But yet she supposedly made a phone call to inquire about the coupon when she then stated that “Brad”(the district manager) said they could not use the coupon. I have never heard of such. I am reaching out to corporate as well. A manufacturers coupon should be allowed anywhere coupons are accepted. Customer service was horrible. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this store."
"This location is in need of some serious TLC. The floors were filthy and covered in dirt and trash. There were shopping carts full of merchandise around the store, but shelves were empty or products were in wrong areas. All the tags look worn and faded. Overall looked very disorganized and unprofessional. I stopped in for something quick and it took twice as long because of the disorganization. Seemed to only have 1 associate working, and she was super nice, which is the only reason I am giving 2 stars."
