"The guy at self checkout was rude and was on a FaceTime call instead of helping anyone. I went to customer service, and they just shrugged it off like it wasn't even a problem. I had to buy a charger because my phone was almost dead and couldn't. I because there machines were not accepting my payment method. I literally had to call someone last minute to pick me up because I didn't have google Maps on my phone. They were rude as hell to me the whole time I was here, a complete waste of time stepping foot in here. Won't be coming back"

"Every time I come here I go try and get a working disability cart for my mother in law and 90% of the carts are broken. I have to search the parking lot and the entire store to try and find her one. Most the time I am unable to find one and we can't shop because she can't walk. What's the point of going to a store if you can't shop because their handicap carts are all broken. When I say something to management or staff I get the same response " The carts are all down and we don't know when they will be fixed because we continuously say something but nothing's done to fix them". Y'all need to do better"

"The young man that works in electronics was very rude the last couple of times me and my wife were there it seemed like ever time me and my wife tried to ask a question or needed him to open up the glass case he was very Snappy I spoke with the manager Of that department, but it didn’t seem like it did much good I don’t know if it was because he was white and we were black. The fact he was having Customer service should never be In a business or customers are spending their hard on cash"
