"While I have my issues with the lease allowing the management to cut my locks for inspections, but other then that the staff is amazing and courteous. The pricing isn’t too bad but overall great location."

"Many individuals tend to attribute the state of the facility to the management. However, it is the tenants who are responsible for their actions. Lucy and her colleagues consistently maintain the cleanliness and order of the premises. They have no control over the items that people choose to store. This is why I rented the entire storage container, as I did not want to share it with someone who might not be as meticulous or organized as myself. If it were not for the increased pricing, I would have continued to store my belongings there indefinitely. Apart from this issue, I was pleased with my experience as a customer of Storage Sense. The staff, particularly the ladies, were all excellent."

"I’ve had a wonderful experience renting with you guys for the past few years. There were no issues and grounds were always neat and clean! I really appreciate the friendly staff! That’s rear in businesses today. If I ever need another storage unit, I’ll definitely rent her again!"

"Just returned from a nine month rotation and came to my storage unit and found rat poop and pee all over my belongings. Somethings where chewed to the point that there was no point of keeping them, and there was also roaches. When i first walked into the storage unit it had smelt like animal and was extremely hot. I had a climate control unit and the thermostat had read 97°, which to me isnt right to be paying for climate control. I spoke to the manager and they basically said that there wasnt anything they could do and that we should try to file a claim to get $500. As a soldier i dont think its right that we are gone for 9 months and have to come back to all our belongings destroyed that we payed our hard money for. When i got the unit there was no mention of the rodents and roaches but when i returned they told me they knew and that they had been trying for a while to get rid of them. I would not recommend Storage Sense to anyone and i will be telling my friends about this. i feel robbed especially because all my valuable/sentimental things are ruined, including my clothes. save your time and look some where else."

"Got an email about them wanting to do a "unit inspection." It was oddly specific about the prohibited item being "food." When I called and asked about it, they were very adamant about just dropping off my key so they can check it. When I said that I'll be there the day of the "inspection," they sounded hesitant about it. This didn't sit well with me, so I looked at previous reviews. The most recent one was talking about a rat infestation. I drove over and looked in my unit, and sure enough, ALL of my stuff was covered in rat pellets and rat pee. I am about to potentially throw away about HALF of my belongings there due to the rat problem. I looked further on the reviews and THEY'VE HAD ISSUES WITH RATS FOR THE PAST 4 MONTHS AND DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT! I would not have gotten a unit with them had I known that this was a continuous issue. I will be withdrawing what I can save from this storage facility and looking elsewhere."
