"Filed an appeal called to make sure everything was done correctly. Called back when ex employer should have responded, WELL THEY THREW ME OUT OF THE SYSTEM, how convenient for them I had all ck stubs and schedule to show that being holiday inn express in Brunswick ga put me on call in WHICH I NEVER ASKED TO BE . Had worked my 2 days a week night audit for almost 8 months then they were working the assit manager 6 days and the 5 night auditor 6 days . Hired 2-3 ppl they quit and he had someone come over from holiday inn next door to work my shift All because I would be on call for any fill in I gave Michael brown the days I was available to work and he knew I was watching kids so the employee from holiday inn could work her shift . I still have not received my unemployment for the last 4 months"

"Looking at the reviews, I have the same problem in regards to getting a response. According to them, they are swamped. Well it seems like they have been swamped for years. Hire more people who want to do this job."

"I was let go from a company I worked for 15 years and never received help. I struggled an entire year with gout attacks, pain, depression. I didn't know what to do after being employed so long and then pushed back into the workforce. The company I worked for let me go with other people and gave me no unemployment I paid into for 15 years. I even called the Governor's office with no help. Georgia is not worth moving to!"

"It has been 2 months since my wife lost her job due to covid and her unemployment still hasn't kicked in. We're behind on all bills and will soon need to take out a loan to pay our mortgage. This office phone just leaves a busy tone. No one has gotten back to us. We call daily. We call the Chatham office as well. We just leave voicemails on their machine. We've literally received no contact in the past two months. I don't want to lose my house. Please."

"Hope you’re not in need of benefits anytime soon. They work remotely and never answer the phone. I have been unemployed since September the 4th it is now November 13th. I was given a number ending in 0160 and was told to call all the way up to 0166. I do this everyday multiple times a day with no results. I have left multiple voicemails with no results. Good luck trying to get help when you need it from this place. My 1 star rating is still too high of a rating"
