Cooper Pain Management Center at Voorhees

"One of the worst pain management places I have ever been to. They really don’t care about their patients. I have to get a SI joint injection but everyone is telling me something different and this is a injection my neurosurgeon wants me to get so I can get surgery to not be in pain anymore but they don’t care and one is calling to set up a injection date the nurses is telling me I need to be seen again and to call their number and they know for a fact everyone books out for months so they are pushing my surgery date back. I have a lumber injection set for may 9th from a month before and they are just making life so much more difficult. This isn’t the first time something like this happens with them they just don’t care about people in pain. I had injections done over at Penn and it was the most amazing process ever, but I now have state insurance and can’t go over to Penn I wish o would give them 0 stars because I would. Update on what’s happening Linda the nurse is refusing to to change her notes so that I can get my SI joint injection because of that I have to see someone and that’s not till may 20th then after that wait even more for a injection date which pushes me getting surgery even more. Linda you are heartless and don’t care about people and they pain they are in"

"The docters are great but I don't understand I have to wait so long for app I cancel one time it is my back I always talk to my pcp first before any decisions .well he said call them I have app in May 20. But the person was cold to me .I ask to please be put on waiting list .she said ok every cold. Cooper docters are great but I have to wait ..please be nice to people you never known what there going there"

"First impressions are everything. I'd give zero if I could. Called and made an appointment in december and wound up with a march appointment. I expected this because my Ortho told me to schedule it early for after my pt was over in case I needed it and they were scheduling far out. Late February I get a call saying they needed to reschedule my appointment because the provider will no longer be available that day. Then they said they needed to schedule me for April or May. Excuse me, but I went out of the way to make an appointment ahead of time for when I needed it, 3 months in advance, and now you want me to wait an additional month or 2 because what? Your provider decided he wanted to go on vacation and you didn't schedule someone to cover for them? Not my problem. I told them they needed to figure something else out and call me back. She said she would relay it to the office manager. I never got a call back. I love Cooper, they have always been quick and efficient. But this office is terrible. Zero excuses. I scheduled someplace different and got in sooner than they could reschedule me."
