"Horrible service, My mother call for a quote a couple months ago and they couldn’t offer her a price, concerning her credit which is more than good, then two weeks ago She tried to cancel her life insurance policy and they make her fill and aplicación with no info in how to send it back to them, she went to the office and they fax it from there saying that she had to wait, now She gets a bill of payment due and I call to fix it and what they do, hang up on her telling her they will call back in seconds, still waiting :/ Then we call the 1800 number and they said that her policy is cancel, what the hell, what type of company is this !!! POOR SERVICE!!!"
