"Reading the endless terrible reviews had me literally terrified to go here but as I had no choice I went. I just want to say some people must think the world revolves around them after re reading the reviews after my experience. Yes the place is small, do you expect the staff to renovate it? Yes you had to wait many hours, again, not the fault of the staff. Every staff member was kind, as quick as possible without making me feel rushed, and warm. I didn't feel like an animal nor did I feel like they were judging me. Everyone was nice from front desk to doctor. I'm sorry to the women who had bad experiences but I just want to showcase there's two sides to every story."

"My experience was horrific first of all my appointment was at 10:30 the dr didn’t arrive until 4:00 when he got there and started the procedure I was panicking and the nurse was fanning me because I was starting to hyperventilate he told her not to because it would mess him up. She stated that she was trying to help me out he told her and I quote”I DONT CARE DONT DO IT!” regardless of what choice we make we should be not be treated like animals. Not to mention this doctor is WELL in age and just there to get money not looking after a womens well being. I will be contacting the board of health along with the state bright and early Monday morning and also have posted on twitter about my experience with this back alley clinic! My mission is to get this facility closed so no other women will have to go they this torment that I went through!!!!!!"

"If I could give this place a negative star I would because it deserves it. I had an appointment at 11:30 and wasn't seen by the doctor until 4:30 pm because he was at another office. I also heard this is a normal routine for this establishment. The nurses did not communicate with any of the patients in the waiting room about the doctors time frame. They only told us we had to wait until 2 pm to see the doctor AFTER they took our payment, and he didn't show up until 4:30!!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SUCH A SENSITIVE TIME FOR WOMAN. I would highly recommend finding another woman center in the area. Such as cherry hill. Another thing I noticed was how outdated the office was, the beds had tares in the fabric, I felt very uncomfortable. Plan parenthood is the best choice to go to or the other woman center in cherry hill much for personal and professional."

"I came here for a medical abortion and could not have felt more uncomfortable. The entire process from start to finish was absolutely horrible. My appointment was at 4:00, I arrived early to make sure I had time to fill out paperwork promptly and not be too delayed. The website says wait times can be 2-4 hours but when you arrive in the office it says wait times are 4-6 hours. While waiting in the very small waiting room about 40 other women showed up. There is seating for maybe 20. Women were sitting in the hallway on the floor waiting to be seen. You are taken back 3-4 times before you even see the doctor who did not arrive on site until 7:30. The doctor was unprofessional as well as the staff. There were women in the hallway loudly talking on the phone about how they had to “kill their baby real quick” the entire experience was triggering and awful. Following my visit I had some concerns about side effects and contacted the office on a Wednesday morning only to be placed on hold several times and forced to re explain my situation to different people and then I was told my “emergency appointment” could be made for Saturday, 4 days later, for an emergency. To top it all off, when I left the clinic I was in extreme pain from my exam which should not have hurt and ended up with tears all along my lower region from how aggressive the doctor was during the exam. This facility was disgustingly disorganized, unprofessional, and unkept. I would strongly suggest you go elsewhere to find the care you need rather than deal with this practice."

"The day of my appointment they lost the keys to the office and someone had to come from almost an hour away with a spare. My appointment was at 1:00, the office didn't open until 1:45. Girls were lined down the hall just waiting. The staff stayed downstairs and never came up to address any of us or tell us what was going on (a few people went down and asked). When the key finally arrived, the employee walked past all of us to open the door and didn't utter a word, no apology for the wait, no explanation, NOTHING. After I signed in, I was informed that they didn't have the "Twilight" medication in stock. Had I known that I would have went to a different clinic. The nurse during the ultrasound admitted they hadn't had the sedation medication for quite a while and they don't know when/if they'll be getting it. So they're scheduling people for the twilight just to get people there, i felt lied to and misled and forced to go through that painful procedure fully aware because I couldn't wait another week to go somewhere else. Shame on them! The floor was filthy, the chair in the procedure room was disgusting with spots all over it (probably dried blood), the heating pad in the recovery room also had questionable spots on it, one of the tiles in the ceiling was hanging and looked like it could fall any minute. The office is small with maybe 12 chairs in the waiting area. Girls and there companions waiting were lined down the hall sitting on the floor, it was an ugly scene. I wonder if the other businesses in that building ever complain about that. The procedure itself is the primary reason I would never recommend this place to anyone. I had to ask the Assistant to tell me what was happening and when, what to expect, how I should feel and what feelings or sensations were normal, etc. She answered a few of my questions but mostly just stared at me as I writhed in pain. She wasn't comforting at all. They should at least allow someone you know in the room to keep you calm and comfort you through such painful and traumatic procedure. Overall, it was just a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone."
