"Took my son for a urgent x-ray (after being turned away from another location since their walk-in hours stopped earlier). Linda was FANTASTIC. She was extremely patient and also took time to calm my son's nerves and educate him on the process. She was patient, knowledgeable and efficient."

"Got confused on the way here and missed my turn twice, ended up being 13 minutes behind and explained I got turned around on the highway twice, once there. No system to call the actual office and give a heads up that you're running late. Front desk receptionist was rude, acting like her job is just such a burden to her as are the people coming in, and then said I could not be seen. 1 other person in the entire waiting room. 0 accommodation or understanding. They also had none of my paperwork on file suddenly or any of my previous testing that has been ordered by the doctor, yet the appointment scheduler had no issue seeing my information in the system when I had scheduled the appointment. Will never come back here again."

"I'm sure everyone at the location is very nice, and everyone on the phone has been very nice. However, I would not be able to call them efficient, as I have yet to get my test done. I've been scheduled probably four times at this point, maybe more . One time I went to the wrong location because both upcoming tests were supposed to be at the same location, but in the end they were not, so that had to be rescheduled. However, prior to that it was rescheduled two separate times and after it's been rescheduled again. Every time it's scheduled, I get another call saying there are restrictions at whatever location it is scheduled at and the test needs to be done either earlier in the day or later in the day. They never have anything on the same day I was already scheduled for because usually those tests have been scheduled for at least a week (but some have been in that spot for up to a month) and typically I am finding this out when the appointment is the next day. So this time it needs to be earlier in the day and now the test is going out so far that they need to call and get another script for me because it will expire. I hope my doctor allows this without having me need to go and be seen again because his office is very far and I've already had to take off multiple times for these tests that never happen. I've been trying to get this test done for probably 4 months now for a condition in which I was hospitalized over Christmas of this past year. My recommendation would be to not use their online scheduling system, although it seems incredibly convenient. I'm now in a position where I'm being called every time the test is coming up and being told the appointment needs to be moved because none of the scheduling staff on the phone seem to know the rules and regulations of each location and how they like their tests scheduled. So you are taking a gamble by doing it on the phone with somebody therefore there really is no best way to do this and I would recommend going elsewhere."
