"Terrible exterior painting job done 3 years ago, and very expensive!! - starting to peel after a year, and now my house looks dilapidated and need new paining all over again."
"Called this company for an estimate for work done in home just north of Princeton. Set date/time for estimate, I emailed address, name of development and basic directions. Day of estimate painter calls me lost...needs directions again. Short story is we had 3 phone conversations ending with him giving up because he couldn't figure out how to get there. He finally told me I needed to come get him where he was, or he was going home. So he went home. Never came to the house. Needless to say, if that's what happens when trying to get an estimate, I didn't want to see what would be like on the job. Meanwhile, 2 other painters both found the home the same week for estimates when given nothing but the address. Neither one had problems.getting there."
