"At the end of the day, my ‘23 Tesla MYLR looked good. It took two returns to finally fix what was missed in their inspection prior to releasing the car to me. Once at pickup and another return visit. The car was clean when I dropped it off to them, but filthy with dried mud on floor mats and pedals at pickup. Major paint/chemical odor in the car at pickup that took over a week to dissipate. Still slightly there. Communication was good throughout with a repair and completion status, although the automated email update often contradicted a human email update causing the updates to be somewhat reliable. All that aside, staff, especially Tyler, was extremely nice, understanding and accommodating."
