Welcome to the New Jersey Primary Care Association (NJPCA), your trusted partner in ensuring equal access to quality healthcare for all individuals and families across New Jersey. Located at 3836 Quakerbridge Road in Trenton, NJ, NJPCA is dedicated to planning, promoting, and facilitating comprehensive healthcare services through a network of 23 Community Health Centers and 139 satellite community-based ambulatory healthcare facilities throughout the state.

Community Health Centers, also known as Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), play a vital role in delivering healthcare to underserved and uninsured populations. These centers operate under Section 330(A) of the Public Health Services Act, ensuring that everyone, regardless of their financial situation, can access the care they need.

Our mission at NJPCA is to expand and improve the provision of quality, cost-effective, and efficient primary healthcare services. We strive to enhance the reach of our Community Health Centers by exploring new and expanded revenue sources, ensuring sustainability and growth in healthcare delivery.

With 23 FQHCs operating 139 sites, including school-based and mobile units across all 21 counties of New Jersey, we are proud to serve over half a million residents annually. Our Community Health Centers offer a wide range of services, including access to affordable medications like insulin through the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
