"My sister was in the hospital I believe on October 24h and was there for about 2 weeks,. She went in for her legs and there were open wounds with liquid coming out and was told that she had no infection. They couldn't do anything and was released. She now had to go to urgent care and was told that her legs are infected and cleaned the wound and gave her antibiotics. This is unfair diagnose and unacceptable treatment to an individual."

"Greetings and peace to entire staff. One day last week starting at 10:00am I had to rush my Dad to the ER on Brunswick Avenue. We were there till 1:45 am but he was taken care of well. Dr Brian and his staff was awesome. They took care of his severe medical problem. He was feeling better within 2 days. I was scared that he wouldn't get tended to on a timely matter because it was so busy with many emergencies. The Doctor, nurses, staff, and security was helpful....I have no regrets...Please Notify Supervisors of their fantastic work...God bless you all for rescuing my Dad."

"Who can I call to report the medical malpractice this place has done to my father whose death they are about to cause from their negligence? None of the doctors will even honestly answer any of my questions because they know if they do they will be admitting that they were wrong! I wish I could give a zero star rating!"

"Possibly the worst experience at a hospital as a visitor and a patient. I've reached out to everyone I could but the public needs to know what they're in for here. Internalist on Steen 1, Habib was extremely rude and unprofessional, as well as multiple nurses including Duncan and Jennings. Sitters have no credentials and ignore patients for 24 hrs a day. You can't walk down the hall without hearing a nurse or practitioner laughing and talking loudly about a patient. My father came in mid stroke and wasn't even given a TPA because of lack of communication with the emts. Do not send anyone suffering from a stroke unless you want them laughed at and kept in a hallway for hours naked. Out of maybe 30 nurses I met in 3 weeks now, I've met maybe 3 with proper bedside manner and people skills. The security is more professional and comforting. Do not be afraid to make reports if you are being treated rough."
