"I have been with them for 15 years by far 2023 lol there a joke . So a gecko customer hit me well Geico totalled my truck Penn National we can repair it. So I went from someone who knows nothing to my old profession of being an appraiser. This is on going back and forth for 4 weeks to be made whole again. Between G. Peligrono and her boss M. Evans lol it's a joke there on vacation the same week. Anyway if you are looking at this review I have dealt with them for 15 plus years paid on time every payment 15 years. This payment I am skipping. I am changing to NJM to save 1000.00 a year. They offer nothing with by far the worst ability to cover a vehicle non stop back and forth the inability to get a live human on the phone when they still owe 5k. Worst part about Penn national has to be the fact that they stone wall there fiduciary duties to policy holders & there lack of compassion. Don't trust them to make you whole again in a timely manner they have better things to do. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Also I had one accident and have been hit 3 times. Again 15 year customer stay away. Switch to any other company"
"By far the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with in general. My parked car was hit (hit and run) on July 30th. It is now August 20th and this has yet to be resolved. The adjuster they work with is unreachable. There is zero communication with Penn National as well. I have gotten nothing but the run around around from them. This is most likely going to end up with me taking them to court… all because this insurance company that I PAY for doesn’t want to cover my car apparently. They only want to collect their monthly payments but not do their job when needed. If you have this insurance company… CHANGE ASAP. If you have an accident, they won’t be covering you or your car, despite the fact of THAT’S WHAT YOU PAY THEM FOR. I’d give zero stars if I could!"

"Never had to go through an insurance company for an auto claim. This is my first time. My car is completed but now they decided, after car is completed, that they would like to change the deductible from 250 to 1000. How can an insurance company change the bill after its completed? I can't say no now. No one will call me back and I'm stuck because I dont have the money to pay for my car because they agreed on paying the bill and 250 deductible. I am disgusted and to top it off the lady that I was able to get ahold of that never called back n knows I'm stuck with rental still, states you dont have a 1000? No I dont and either way we already agreed on an amount and your company has been receiving 1000s of my dollars for the policies I have with them and I pay every month and one claim you guys dont have 1000? That's sad as a major insurance company who has taken 1000s of my dollars in premium alone and I am only one client. I am in a position where I am unsure what to do and no one will answer my questions or my phone calls. The way I found out they changed it was when I contacted toyota to see when I could pick up they asked if i recieved the check yet and i said no i thought you guys work it out, he said let me contact them. Then he calls back and says they changed the deductible from 250 to 1000. No one even contacted me. I called no one answers me, the next morning I got an email from the adjuster with a new bill showing a deductible of 1000. That is horrible. I dont know how this is legal."
