"Poor quality keys. Very thick and lose the ability to unlock a door in about two years. The machine also steals your money if you don't have exact change. Does not allow you to go back and erase a key. When I spoke to Walmarts customer service they told me the company steals everybody's money and that she couldn't help me. I contacted Walmart corporate and want this machine removed from the store. Gives Walmart a really bad image."
