"Sebastian and his crew fully renovated our kids' bathroom and converted the bathtub into the stand-in shower. It has been almost a year since the work was finished and we are very happy with our new bathroom and the quality of workmanship is visible. We plan to hire them again for any other work we may have in our house. There are few things you need to know before choosing Sebastian. They provide labor, rough plumbing parts, and some building material, but the design and purchasing of all other material and parts is on the customer. After you agree on the work that is to be done, you will need to work with the vendors to ensure that all parts are in.This saves money and gets you fully involved in the project, which can sometimes be stressful, especially if you don't have prior experience with these kinds of projects, but it saves money and gives you full control of what is being installed. If you aren't comfortable with being involved in the project on that level, then you should seek a full-service design/installation shop. However, if you don't mind doing the material management and design yourself, the quality of work that Sebastian will deliver will be outstanding and we highly recommend them. Lastly, I would like to give my praise to Luis, a member of the crew who did the tiling work. He has done an outstanding job both in terms of the quality, functionality, and aesthetics. "We chose Hernz Home Improvements for our bathroom remodel as well as flooring in the hallways/foyer and could not be happier with our decision. We had interviewed about 8 other companies in the area and all promised to do the job quicker & some cheaper — however — this was a great representation of ‘you get what you pay for’. Had we went with any of these other companies our job would for sure have been rushed, not done in a way that we would have longevity out of it and none of them agreed to pull the necessary permits needed for the project which our township required. Sebastian knew the importance of doing the project both professionally as well as ethically and we knew that we were in good hands with him & his team. Working with a company who has integrity & is honest is just as important as someone who does great work. Our bathroom needed to go down to the studs & be completely re-done. Sebastian, Gilberto, Ignacio and the entire team were amazing. Every day they arrived on time (early), prepped the area and cleaned when they were finished. Especially with our dog in the home we were concerned about nails etc and they were sure to clean up everything each day. They sent a list of the items we needed to purchase and connected us with General Plumbing Supply for the plumbing fixtures as well as Nefliz Glass Doors for the shower doors. We worked with the Tile Shop for the tile and were happy we went with their recommended professionals. Sebastian & Gilberto would check in daily on the project to be sure it was what we expected & if we requested any changes they made sure to have it all done within 24hrs with no stress on us at all. They even made it so we didn’t have to get a hotel room while the floors were done and created wooden walk ways over the area for us! Our bathroom is now stunning and a room of the home we appreciate rather than despise (the before was SO bad…not only was it outdated, but it also had a mold issue). We look forward to using Hernz Home Improvements again for future projects!"

"Sebastian and his team are amazing! They came to repair an issue in our primary bathroom that caused a major leak into our living room. They gave us a fair and comprehensive estimate, were very communicative and responsive throughout the entire job, and didn’t finish until we were satisfied. We now have a beautiful new shower, repaired plumbing in our tub, and a fabulous repair and paint job on the ceiling and walls of our living room. Very pleased with the outcome - will definitely use them again!"

"The bathroom remodel went great. They started on time and were done 2 days ahead of schedule. They are very clean and vacuum and put away their tools every day so our home was clean and neat. Sebastian and Gilberto were communicating every day by phone or present to supervise the workers. The workers were all pleasant and professional. We are so pleased with the finished bathroom. They consulted with us for exact placement of hand and towel bars. Also for the right height for the shower head , the mirror and lights. They finished on budget and made us aware of any potential problems before they started so there were no surprises. The bathroom is both beautiful and functional"
