"If I could give this company NO stars I would. I sent an email through the website. No response. I called and spoke to Richard. He scheduled a date to come for an estimate. He didn't show. I called again. This time he showed. We told him what we wanted done. He said we'd have an estimate the following Monday. No estimate was sent. I sent an email asking where the estimate was. No response. I called again after 3 weeks and asked for a callback. No response. My suggestion is don't bother to email or call this contractor. He doesn't know how to communicate or doesn't want new business."
