Just as others have previously described, the bald guy is genuinely nasty and completely unhelpful. Do not bother going there unless you enjoy being disrespected. Instead go to Hackettstown Supply Company which is less than a mile away and where they treat you like they appreciate your business."

Will never go there again or recommend to my network of people!! They should not be in business! No wonder there were no customers i. The place!!!"

"Owner is extremely aggressive, rude, and insane (definetly something going on) he looked right passed me..came at me every time I'd speak...cursed at ne..threw himself on the ground to have a fit. Absolute insanity. I've never been so uncomfortable in my life. He even has signs saying he is trying to run a business and doesnt want to be bothered but not sure how business is run if he doesnt want customers either. Mind blowing and terrifying experience to say the least."

"Tall bald guy is extremely rude. I was in a rough situation with no hot water got there a few minutes before closing and refused to help me. I always try and give my business to mom and pop shops over lowes or home depot but I will never be returning to this place ever again. It's the holiday season this guy could have helped my family get hot water so we could shower but was to worried about going home. I explained my whole situation to him to and he couldn't have cared less......."

"Had a water heater that was under warranty and thier sister store who went out of business sold it to us but they wouldn't handle our warranty even tho they were the only supply house with that model in stock. So my customers had to go 3 days without hot water in order to honor the warranty!"
