"Please update your hours of operation online. It is not correct information. Mon,Tues,Wed and Friday 9-5. Thur, Sat and Sunday closed!! Went there at 4.30 today and it was closed. When I called I was told that they close at 4.30 Mon-Thurs. Friday is when they close at 5. Please take care of this wrong information. Thank you."

"The mobile app is horrible. Even after indicating that I want notifications pushed when card is used I don't receive anything for 3 to 6 days. By then I could be wiped out. Also no place to shut off my card(s) if lost or stolen. Have joint account and won't allow my husbands cards on tĥe app. Was forced to change my password iver the weekend with no explaination or reason given. Customer service is just terrible"

"This bank is so frustrating. I have a loan with this bank before they were bought out by The Frist bank. This bank was always hit or miss with me but I think the pros evened out the cons. In the past they were fast, friendly and involed with the comunity. They didnt seem they was out for money but trying to help the comunity. To me this allowed me to over look the high intrest rate for loans and low intrest rates for accounts, consumer friendly features for account monitoring. I would still give them a 4, now I give them a one due to they no longer seemed customer focused. I give them 1 star due to my last call to them was to speak to a loan officer so I can ask a few questions. I had about 5 questions that person could took 10 mins to answer. When I got on the line They would refuse to transfer me. They would countine to advise me to go online or come in the branch. When I asked to if there was anyone to talk to at the moment, they said the I need to go online to so they know what kind of loan I wanted. I told them I wanted to speak to a real estate loan officer. So why do I need to hang up the phone, go online and wait for a call back when I am on the phone now, asked to speak to someone in a spectfic department, all for you "determine what department I need". They could have at least answered " sorry sir, we cant transfer because... what ever the reason is" After cooling down, I desided to call a different branch and they were able to help me. Took me 5 mins. Dont know why this was so difficult for this branch."
