"The elderly cashier is always in such a bad mood. She seems lost when asked for help on ringing out and when asked for products behind the counter. Today she charged me for 10 nicotine products instead of 9 and initially she was saying she had ringed me up for 9 when I was counting only 8. A simple sale took 5 minutes because she was so confused. I also was charged extra for an added product that I did not receive. Everytime I drop in to this location the cashier makes me feel unwelcomed and stresses me out."
