Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hinesville East - Fort Stewart, an IHG Hotel

"Rooms were okay, but they had a hold placed on my credit card for over 10 days. The reason they gave me for the extended time was because sometime they get busy and forget to release it. That is unacceptable."

"The rooms stank and the windows don't open so we purchased air fresheners. There was a big spider web in the lower corner of the window. There was a spider in the bed. There was a half of a roll of toilet paper and only two sets of towels in the bathroom. The toilet was hard to flush and very loud. Compared to other H.I.E.&S, I believe a piece of furniture was missing for clothes storage. In addition, we weren't informed during reservation confirmation that the lobby is a construction zone , therefore there was no hot breakfast and if you chose to consume what was offered, you took it elsewhere to consume it. The pool was surrounded with construction materials. We had to pause a few times during check-in because we couldn't talk over the loud noise of what was probably a jack handle that was ripping the tile from the floor. Why did we stay? Temporary insanity."

"I truly enjoyed our stay In Hinesville. The staff at the front desk and even housekeepers were so nice and professional and the rooms were comfortable. So close to what we were there for and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. We will be back to visit later in the year and will hopefully be able to dine at the World of Beer they're building next door."

"We needed a rest after a long day on I95. It was worth the extra miles to stay in Hinesville. Breakfast was perfect for us and the staff was super. Their kindness set us up for a good day."

"I have been a member of the Holiday Inn group for quite a while. I always enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn express because the rooms are always really nice, they are clean and modern and the breakfast is good. I have to say this is the worst Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. if you’re looking to stay in your normal Holiday Inn Xpress you will not enjoy this hotel. All They have done is take an old hotel and put a different face on it. yeah some parts of the hotel are nice but on the hole it’s just not up to par. Breakfast was nasty……terrible coffee, cold food, stale bagels. Uncomfortable bed. Very disappointing! Next time we go to stay at Holiday and I will go in and check my room to be sure it’s up to their normal standards. I will say that the staff was very pleasant."
