"I worked for this company and they publicly criticized you if u did not tackle one of the youth for stepping out of a room. I came from a place where de escalation techniques were used first and they were successful. I suffered serious trauma at the last place I worked and I told them about it at the detention center but they kept saying it was an excuse and to stop being a baby. Honestly the worst place I've ever worked. Some of the supervisors there care and will work with you on improving but most of them are high and mighty and won't hear you out and rather always condescend and criticize you for making the decision you thought was right. This is not a place you want to work"
"i was a youth here in both detention and treatment i was on all the detention pods and i was on both treatment pod one and two at first treatment was easy for me but after i would not comply with there wishes including lies about myself information on gangs or other youth my life changed i was physically assaulted many times there is no actual proof because everything was off camera and that is how they get away with it normally it would be 3-6 grown men physically abusing me i t became a trap i was only 16 i had to choke a man till he could not breathe it was the only way i could escape this place the windows are painted over so youth cant see outside im speaking up now after almost 2 years everyday i mentally struggle and truly believe that i belong in that place because everyday i would wake up to the same things this place is not the place for any rehabiltation nothing will end until the place is shut down there are good hearted staff there the issue lies in the administration jamarr billman specificley the ex coach for the easton wrestling team who uses his wrestling history to physically hurt kids there whole bulding is run by abusive people who only abuse there power in that place and would not act the same way if they were on the street i had begged the staff to send me to a state secure anything to escape this place PLZ READ"
"This place will not let you visit your kids after they are placed in detention, and they will not let the kids make their one phone call a week. They hold them hostage without any communication to their parents. Terrible facility"
