"Rugs USA can not even tell me if my order has shipped. Order was to be delivered today.... FedEx has not received the item....all rugs USA customer service can do is look at their computer and say that “it shows it shipped”. This has happened on both orders with them. There will not be a third. Don’t waste your time."
"Never one to write reviews but it's been pretty awful dealing with RugsUSA. They do not return calls when they tell you they will and are very unrealiable. I ordered a rug and called several times to check the status, eventually they informed me the rug was out of stock (14 days later). Won't be shopping at Rugs USA anymore"
"Not only did the completely wrong rug arrive, in poor condition, I should add, but it is now one month later and we have yet to receive a refund. This is despite the fact that we sent pictures of the mistake and promptly returned the rug. Horrible experience."
"I ordered a rug and a runner from this company on 7/9/17. When I ordered it it had said it would leave the warehouse in 3-5 days. on 7/15 I chatted with them on their website asking why it hadnt shipped and they said they would update the status. Three days later it still hadnt shipped. They emailed me to tell me I couldnt get the runner I order because it was out of stock (their website said nothing about this when i ordered). I asked them to cancel my order and no one responded. I sent and email asking to cancel my order again the next day and no on responded. It is 7/20 and I received an email saying my rug had shipped. They emailed me back finally about wanted to cancel my order and said they couldnt since it had shipped already. If they had answered me two days before they could have cancelled my order. Terrible customer service."
"Just about the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don't ever write bad reviews, but I want to warn people about doing business with this company. If you try talk to thier customer service they will give you a scripted response. If you ask to speak to a supervisor they will tell you to leave a message so they can call you back. You will then get an scripted email from "Kevin W" saying they can't help. Went through thi cycle twice (Supervisor's name changed the second time, she had never heard of the first name I was given). I tried calling again (3rd time) and was told that they had tried calling me. When I told them I had not had no missed calls I was told "They don't lie". RugsUSA are obviously not aware that modern cellphones have call logs. We buy a lot of rugs, there are many other good companies that will treat you fairly and professionally."
