"Cashiers need to learn basic politeness and customer service skills. Moreover they racially profile you (remember this). I was simply following a queue at the cash register, all registers were closed except one. A Hispanic cashier with colored hair called me out with harsh tone, and asked me to step back as if I was intruding someone. There were two customers before us, who were also standing, where the cash register was closed. I get that, since I was wearing hijab, and a Muslim - it all make sense. The cashier with Boy cut started being sarcastic on us. Felt extremely unwelcoming. We left our merchandise and didn’t buy anything. I will never STEP again in this establishment and I will also tell all my relatives, friends not to visit this store. Teach your staff some manners, and basic etiquettes to speak with customers. "ZERO star for the Customerservice here. Long line and only one cashier. What really upset me that there were two other workers at the jewelry area talking about their personal life at their job while they're getting paid to help customers, and they're just chilling and talking. After a while, I had been looking at them they walked away instead of starting to help customers."
