"I had a wonderful experience at this Kohl's very recently. I had a slight issue with a product that was delivered to me, and everyone at the store assisted me 100% in getting the matter resolved. Alex at the counter was very courteous and professional in helping me with my purchase. Could not have been nicer! Then, Floor Manager, Shannon walked me over to the section where I wanted to decide on my purchase, and she offered opinions and advice on what I should focus my attention on (I was buying a new vacuum cleaner). She was patient and friendly and I was grateful for the expertise. Finally, Store Manager, Fahim came out to make sure I was satisfied and happy with my purchase, and thanked me for being a customer and just made me feel like a million bucks. And the best part, I now have some Kohl's cash to head on back and buy some more! It was a wonderful experience, and I am so happy to have a Kohl's like this so close and convenient to my location.
