"they answered the phone fast, was able to find the item i wanted. only problem is that they aren’t open. door/ google says they open at 10, i got there at 10, then proceeded to sit in the parking lot for about 20 mins (maybe the opener is running late? idk.) i’m sure they’re lovely people and have great products, but it’d be nice to have an accurate description of opening time."
