"To my surprise, I was informed by your staff that the store's policy does not allow returns on unopened paint cans. While I understand the need for certain return policies, I find this situation quite unsatisfactory. It seems unfair that I am unable to return a product that is still in its original, unused condition purchased just minutes ago - literally within 10 minutes of purchase!! Rude staff who doesn’t care about their own customers."
