"As owner of this business for the past 38 years I wanted to share a situation that happened yesterday. A previous skin care client who had laser hair removal performed by our excellent staff called the office yesterday. She stated that she wanted to return to our office to have more laser hair removal. This client wrote the worst review but wanted to return to our office for this same service. "How ironic" Obviously we did not take her back!!"
