"I went there a few weeks ago in an emergency. I had gone to a previous salon who was supposed to trim my hair and give me curtain bangs before my wedding. They had failed. Normally I wouldn’t have cared but c’mon, my wedding was a week away. I found Milan Salon in my area and ran there desperately drove there hoping they could take me as a walk in. Melissa, who I believe is the owner, squeezed me in before her next appt showed up. She fixed my bangs and I honestly felt so grateful and relieved. Thank you for taking time out your day to tend to me. You’ve gained a customer for your kindness and skill, and I’ll be seeing you soon :)"

"Unfortunate that I need to write this review because I have used this salon once before - but please beware of their outrageous cancelation/rescheduling policy. I called 24 hours in advance to reschedule my appointment because of a canceled flight causing me to miss my appointment, and I was told that despite this being an emergency cancel I would still need to pay for half of the service. I asked if I could just reschedule instead, but still was told that I could reschedule but I would still be charged for half of the service I was canceling. It is unbelievable that they can charge an exorbitant amount of money but not provide anything to the client at all. The fact that the salon was not willing to work with me only hurts their stylists as I will never return and they lost what could have been a very loyal client."
