"If I could leave negative stars I would. You can't shop here unless you have a cosmetology license?! Ridiculous! Didn't realize I needed a license just to buy a brush for my hair! A lot of people do their own hair and don't go to over priced salons and this place won't even let you shop without a license. Good thing I can shop and get what I need from Sally's.
