"I normally go to a different salon that I like, but needed to go somewhere that opens earlier, so I tried this place. The manager was rude and talked about customers in front of me, the place was understaffed and turned a few customers away, my acrylics are too thick and don’t look great, and I had some sort of itching/allergic reaction from the UV gels. I’m Never going back there again."

"The owner in the first chair is always so rude! I usually go and see Kim for my refill. Never need an appointment. I went today and they tell me she no longer works there and that no one else can see me because they have appointments. Mind you the place was dead. One person in there getting a pedi. I hung around in my car making calls for an additional 20 mins and no one came in or out of there. Sophie is rude as ever. I’d rather you tell me you don’t want to take me instead of lying about appointments. You guys are the worse! I’ll take my money elsewhere. Thanks for nothing."
