"My son went there for a haircut cut today for the very first time and had an awful experience. He asked Kelly, who came strongly recommended but she was busy and he said an Asian woman just took him to her station. My son should've said something but unfortunately he didn't. He got the worst haircut ever!!! One side of his head hair was buzzed and the other side was much longer but really choppy. He didn't get her name, but surely he will not be getting another cut there, unless Kelly is free."

"Absolutely awful! My son’s hair was so bad he didn’t even want to go to school. The manager was absolutely useless when I complained. First, She claims she saw him walk out and it looked fine, then, she said “it’s an easy fix.” If it’s so easy why wasn’t it fixed while he was sitting there. Then she proceeds to tell me she has 4 boys… I’m not exactly sure why since I wasn’t there to talk about her kids hair but maybe she lets them walk around with their heads looking like my sons butchered head. She refused to look at the pictures. And the “easy fix” wasn’t so easy, as his hair was taken so far above his hair line and shaved so far back behind his ears that he has to let it grow in some. Completely unprofessional and under trained staff on all aspects."

"Do NOT bring your baby here! The adults walking out looked fine, although it was only a quick glance. I specifically asked for my sons hair to be shortened on the side but kept long up top, and then showed her that collage with the little blonde boys. You can clearly see that my son did have a lot of hair, and had she listened to my request he could have easily had hair like the boys in that collage. Unfortunately she butchered my son. I know cutting kid, and especially babies could sometimes be difficult, but my son sat there like an angel the entire time sucking his fingers. He was not antsy, crying, moving about... nothing. He was about as perfect as a 1 year old could be when getting their hair cut. Besides the cut being ridiculously shorter than what I requested it's insanely uneven, choppy and spotty! I am not being sarcastic or joking when I say that I have NO DOUBT I could have done a better job had I done it myself. I was just in shock when she cut it as short as she did and I didn't even know what to say, I was kinda just hopping that at some point she would get it together and even it out... but then she said she was done and I just wanted to get my son the hell out of there. I'm really kicking myself in the ass for being my usual kind self and giving her a 31% tip... but that's just the way I am having lived off just tips myself. But truth is, she did not deserve the $16 for the butchered cut, nor $5 tip. I embarrassed to show the cut to my husband, who just stood there with his mouth open. Needless to say... my son will be wearing a hat for his pictures with Santa today."
